I have a miniflat to rent out as I am leaving port Norvo. Getting an apartment in Port Norvo is not easy and if you take mine, you won't have to pay agents.

* Rent is 21,000 CFA

* Electricity 10,000 CFA

* Water 10,0000 CFA

You'll still have to pay 3 months caution fee which means you'll pay your rent 3x
That is 21,000 x 3= 63,000 + 10,000 for water + 10,000 electricity = 83,000 minus agent fee and subsequently, you'll pay 21,000 CFA (That's 21,000 naira) as monthly rent. When you move out, make sure you don't spoil anything and you'll get your 3 months rent you paid as caution fee.

If you take my apartment from me, here is the benefits. I have a bed, 2 pillows, bedsheet and pillow case, fan, carpet, curtains, solid plastic table, durable plastic chair, fairly used, clean mini gas cylinder with gas inside (it cost 2000 to fill gas), dishes with dish racks, cooking spoons, normal spoons and forks, knives, bowls, sieve, foot mat, transparent buckets (2), mopstick, Parker, plastic broom, fancy waste bin, toilet brush, bailer.

* Bed cost 40k (no bed frames). I'm selling it 25k.

* Pillows 8k. I'm selling 5k.

* Standing fan 16k (strong, powerful and neatly used) 11k.

* Curtains (a set and 1) bought 12k. Selling 7k.

* Carpet bought 18k. Selling 10k.

* Plastic table bought 12k. Selling 9k.

* Chair bought 9k (it's blue and beautiful). Selling 6k.

* All dishes, spoons, plastic mini water dispenser, tray, knives, plastic basket, with dish rack worth a total of 30k. Selling for 15k.

* Gas bought 15k. Selling 10k.

* Fancy waist bin with cover and foot pedal to open it. Bought 7k. Selling 5k.

* Mopstick, footmat, clean toilet brush, Parker and broom worth 15k. Selling 5k.

Plus bedsheet and pillow case bought 10k. Giving you for free. You'll also enjoy extra light that I am yet to use up.

Everywhere is tiled. 1 bedroom, 1 parlour, kitchen, bathroom and an inner corridor. It's upstairs in a one story apartment. The street is untarred like every other street in Port Norvo but it's close to the main road.

Need a quick buyer. Don't waste money on hotels. It takes time to get an apartment in Benin and buying new furniture cost much more. Get everything for less. Get a furnished home in no time. The apartment is for anyone who wants to move to Port Norvo within a week. Serious people only please. I'll email you pictures when you contact me. Send me a message via Nairaland.
