Available options will be to either resend through courier or follow through by conduct (refusing to continue to work on the project in this instance). In anycase, prowess has claimed it discontinued this relationship, I have no other proof to disbelieve them until the property owners provide a different evidence perhaps by subsequent payments made or other correspondences with Prowess. I guess we are so fraudulent in this country that even a good and well intended move is prone to suspicion and misinterpretation. I hope the truth gets established.

You are absolutely right they continue the project with compromising on the specifications and beside the foundation type which is PILE is design for 15 storey and they exceeded it to 21st.

Of course the copy posted would have been gotten from Prowess Engineering, that is the sender and I wouldn’t expect that to be stamped/acknowledged. Fourscore will never produce their own copy in this situation. They will only do so if forced by law.

The entire area where Eko Atlantic is located for instance used to be DRY land (this is where the original settlement of the indigenes of Iruland or V/Island was located) in the 1950s before ocean waves gradually eroded the dry land right up to the former Bar Beach along Modupe Osikoya Way, V/Island.

With the reclamation of the eroded land back to the new Eko Atlantic
City with shoreline protection,
skyscrapers built there will be absolutely safe as well like the
