REVEALED: Why Cooking Gas Prices Continue To Rise by Newsreal: 8:04pm On Nov 02, 2021
Despite the federal government declaring that the Nigerian economy will be powered by mainly gas in 2021 to 2030, the prices of cooking gas have continued to rise higher and higher, every day.

In an interview with newsmen, the President, Nigeria LPG Association, NLPGA, Nuhu Yakubu, has revealed why the consumers have continued to pay more, nonstop, whenever they go for their gas refill.

The NLPGA boss said it was the recent introduction of Value Added Tax, VAT; the difficulty associated with getting access to foreign exchange as well as the extortion rife in the system that currently plagues the costs of cooking gas.
