I placed an order for a ride today via bolt app and my request was turned down by two different drivers with phone number 08029007532 and 08149578376.Request is for a ride within Abuja Municipal council.

I called bolt customers care to report my experience and was told that both drivers have right to reject request inspite of how the app works.

My people,do you think is a good idea for drivers to have such right considering the level of service failure such power can cause the company?

You should know that bolt don't owe any car . Maybe the drivers don't want to go towards your destination or your from the pickup ... so they are in partner with bolt they have choice ...u can't mandate an Okada rider to take you where he is not welling to go
