News came to me that construction and development of 360 Towers in Ikoyi had exceeded limits on several building codes and standards of Lagos State Government, and that government authorities were aware and took intervention steps to prevent calamity. One of the actions taken was to seal off the construction site and stop further work on jeopardizing life and properties. On a visit to site, Lagos Task Force which reported directly to Governor met the developer on site and booted him and his staff out and sealed off the site. An order came from an authority above Sanwo-Olu's head to "reverse Law Enforcement" on the "code violator" property.

Few days ago the fear of Task Force is laid bare before us. The building has collapsed and took lives with it.

The next step forward, and the right thing to do legally, is to sue the estate of the deceased developer for financing and supervising a construction in excess of code limits in violation of state law. He endangered lives and his negligence resulted in multiple deaths.
There should be law and consequence to put society in order. We are in a disorderly society, encouraged and choreographed by powers in government.

Lagos State government has no business compensating victims of Femi Osinbona's negligence.
Moreover, 360 Towers is private investment and its owners are not entitled to any State recognition for service. Therefore flying flag at half-mast is an exhibition of incompetence at the State Executive level. Furthermore, it is immoral to ask citizens for 3day mourning for lives lost earning private income. When completed will apartments and suites in the Tower be free?

Sanwo-Olu has officially endorsed corruption and gave thumbs up for "get out of jail free" criminals. He should make haste and reverse action.

By the way, who are those in authority above his head that are more powerful than the State law, such that he would turn blind eye and reverse enforcement by his own Task Force?

We need govt to enforce consequences, not rewards for lawlessness.
