The rejection is not about women and the hatred for themselves.
And you don't know the kind of job she's applying for, in this case body nature matters.

You asking them to employ her first, what if they do and the stomach doesn't go down.. she got it from pregnancy, and some changes in pregnancy are mostly permanent.

Even if it is modelling, why don't they engage fat people as models and give them ultimatum to reduce to the size they require. Most of those activities he mentioned are what models do to stop them from adding weight.
