For the past four weeks I've been trying to get the money I invested on Farmsby Limited (farmsby.com), all to no avail. I went for their standard investment by investing #10,000 in late July and #20,000 in the first week of August on the said platform, and I made a withdrawal request in the first week of October, but up till now they are yet to pay.

Since then it's been total blackout from the said company. I contacted them through the numbers posted on their website (farmsby.com), but it has been one story upon another. I've made several calls asking them to tell me when they intend to pay my money but up to the present moment they've refused to say.

On WhatsApp, they keep asking for my name and email, which I gave them not once or twice, but still nothing to show for it. Now they are no longer picking my calls and replying my messages.

I have the names of those that are involved in the scam and I'm thinking about what to do to them. But first, I'll like some suggestions from you guys. I also want to know If there is anyone facing the same crisis with these scammers.

Here are their support lines

The picture and the names of the people involved are in the picture below.

Why not pay a visit to the physical address they have on the website?

I'm not living nearby. I'm in Ibadan, they are in Port Harcourt (at least that's the address they claimed on their website).

Oh! I see. You only have two options as it stands now; you either let go or keep hoping they pay some someday. So sorry.

What pained me most is them refusing to pick my calls and ignoring my messages. All I'm asking them is when will they pay the money.

Why do people have to act like that and not see the repercussion

My brother Nigeria is cursed but you are not.
Effc won't help you not even the criminals on black.
Just let it go, that was how I got myself healed some months ago from a particular scammer.

Why should these people walk free knowing fully well their responsibility immediately they decided to create a company.

Why venture into what you cannot sustain? Discipline, transparency and accountability matters in any line of business.

Why would they collect peoples hard-earned money when they know they cannot pay it back?

I've called their two numbers several times in the past three weeks, sometimes they answer it sometimes they don't.

I pleaded that I needed the money for something important, but they simply ignored.

I have asked several times when they intend to pay the money but they gave me no response.

Here is their profile on nairaland -> nairaland.com/farmsby

We are all hustlers...

This is evil!

Why should people do this and go scot free?

Here is their founder o (Aquila Kalagbor)

I won't let this matter sleep until they voice out

The longer it takes for them the hotter it will be for them, not only on this platform.

I'm an influencer and it seem they need a lot of attention.

I called their number this morning (08065032176) and they hanged up... I called twice they didn't picked it. Then I called their second number (08081545236), the person too did not picked it.

It pained me to my marrow

After wasting several call credits begging them to pay for more than three weeks, they now begin to treat me like scrap.

On top of my own money

Some people can make a devil out of an angel

You will spend much more than what you lost if you pursue the case.

Sir, it is this kind of notion that makes criminals and scammers common in our society today. It is what gives them the power to do what they are doing.

When these men do evil, why shouldn't people (collectively) make them dance to the tune of shame?
Re: Farmsby Are Scammers by cabsco(m): 7:47pm On Nov 09, 2021
As some advised on the thread, I won't pursue the matter anymore.

Not because I don't have the strength or power to do so (I work full time online since 2010 and I know how I can make them trend and get lots of attention), but I leave them to God.

I'll let their conscience be the judge, if they have one.

I know they are watching this thread.

God will be the judge and I know his judgment is always right.

Up to this very moment, Farmsby has refused to pay. They have deleted their Facebook Fan page, but their website (farmsby.com) is still active.

Let's see and wait for what tomorrow will bring for them and their family.

What rates did they promise you? To start with, any group promising you more than 10% per ANNUM will likely renege on the agreement.

I'm not even asking for the interest again, I'm asking for the capital!T

They supposed to pay me THREE MONTHS after I invest, but it is now the TENTH MONTH since they refuse to pay.

What can justify that?
