An insect might have done that.. an insect known as papa, that has a red and black, colour... This is there season, just they crawl on your skin and you hit it, the outcome is usually what you are seeing in that girls body... It will heal but the scar would always be there.. mind you, when next you see those red and yellow looking insect on your skin, just don't hit it if not it would leave those fire burns on your skin.. I hope this helps
