I know we all find ourselves developing strong feelings we can't control or simply put falling in love with someone that we're not supposed to or even the circumstances may not be right and we aren't prepared to be held bound by feelings we can't control.

My Story:
I once had started having feelings for a lady I had very good rapport with in my area back in the days. Thankfully I've trained myself to take radical decisions once I know something will enslave me.

I knew she wasn't the one cause even though she has very endearing good qualities, she was loose and she easily allow few well to do guys in our area have their way with her.

Thoughts of her always filled my mind from morning till night and I was even beginning to believe she uses juju to trap guys.

My method:
When I knew my emotions were deeply hooked to her, I had to device a plan to free myself or forever be a slave to her. I just started finding fault with her and beefing her. I simply ignited deep quarrel between us and she got angry and retaliated. I deliberately openly gossiped about her with the way she sleeps with guys in our area and also about personal things she told me. She also used personal things I told her to blackmail me in retaliation. (I think I went too far. Please do not use a method that will harm anyone. I use God beg oh.)

Long story short, it did the trick. We stopped talking and my feelings for her began to gradually go down. It was gradual oh, took about 2 months plus. I was deeply tempted to apologize cos I had deep sympathy for her but I thoroughly disciplined myself to wait till every feelings I have for her totally dies. The method completely solved the problem.

In about 5 to 6 months I had fully began to regain my sanity. One year afterwards and I was asking myself what did I ever see in this disgusting girl to ever feel for her that way.

Lalasticlala or any relevant mod take to the promise land to help guys and girls free themselves from the wrong fellow.

Thanks. I usually regard romantic love feelings a kind of evil possession. You completely loose control and become unconsciously a slave to your fellow human being.

No wonder why some people commit suicide when they break up.

I will only break up with a lady in a harsh way if I was the one at her mercy i.e I'm the one deeply in love when she is just indifferent.

If a lady is deeply in love with me I usually apply a lot of caution lest I cause her to harm herself. I withdraw myself gradually and begin to distance her while still bribing her with little goodies she loves.

These our emotions has vital roles in our day to-day activities. It's left for you to ignite yours (emotion) with caution..

We should try not to wrong individuals all because of our emotions, cause tomorrow has important will for us..

Most times, expressing love is by keeping mute(don't articulate it) cause everyone can't love you..

You broke up because you're an insecure one, over controlling and you want your freedom but your lady be in chains. No friends, no family no vacations, no social media interactions,only because you're too insecure and selfish and you're living in your past. Good luck finding a lady of your dreams, but I doubt you will. As a Nigerian good friend told me : "Nigerians don't know what love actually is unless they go abroad and find out what actually real love is". The rely on money, riches and self-esteem no matter if that hurt their ladies. They want submissive women, but they'll find only if they look for poor helpless ones or single mom's abroad. Period.

Love is one yeye feeling that gets people wanting to lay down their lives for the one they love. The most annoying part is when you're in love with someone who doesn't care a hoot about you. You'll be busy thinking just good thoughts about her and how to do everything for her happiness while she doesn't even care how you feel.

What I normally do in such scenario to keep my sanity is to block and delete her number from all my contacts especially if I notice that she's deliberately not picking my calls.
