It is a lie and impossible for Andy Uba APC to get 40k votes in a low turned out election in Anambra. The INEC staffs were the ones that did the voting. The rigging from APC was massive but APGA and PDP outsmarted them. In a low turnout election like that, APC would not get more than 15k votes if it was free and fair. paramakina202: |
