An accredited photographer at the Divine Common Wealth Conference organized by the Anglican Church was unjustly heavily brutalized by Naval officer (in picture frame below) and his orderlies yesterday, Tuesday, November 9.

Please see how this wicked NAVY man ordered the assault on the innocent photographer and also rendered him jobless by also destroying his camera lens worth over 600,000 Naira.

Please we are appealing to every good-hearted person to please ensure the Naval office and orderlies are punished and should never repeat such dastardly act to any other person. Also, he should buy a new camera lens for the photographer.

It’s very sad that the NAVY that’s meant to protect its citizens are the ones inflicting pain and hardship on us.

See the picture of the NAVY OFFICER below with his wife, the face of the brutalized photographer and destroyed camera lens.

Please share until justice is served. Thanks

What was his offence?... because i can see you are tactically avoiding telling us what really happened.

Offence? To brutalize someone to this extent. I I just pray your parents or siblings will not experience same, then someone start asking this kind of irrelevant question.

Just to explain further for minds like yours, the photographer was only standing in front of one of the personnel, and he only verbally refused to allow them infringe on his human right. Please is it an offence to say no to a military personnel trying to bully you?

DSS officers and other people there saw what transpired and knew the photographer did nothing wrong. But because the NAVY OFFICER is a senior office, no one could intervene while they brutalize the innocent photographer.

All this bla bla bla you spilled up there still doesn't state what transpired between the photographer and the senior officer, "for every reaction there must be an action". With that been said, i believe your photographer snapped the officer, enlarged his pictures and framed without proper permission or negotiation hence the radical and factory reset beating.

The bitter truth is if care is not taken you yourself might end up beaten more than your photographer if you don't handle the issue well....

Best of luck with your defamation of character hope you have a good legal team to back it up.

He’s the one, you know him too. Sad that NAIRALAND that I thought will help fight this unjust human right abuse and brutality on its fellow citizen is turning a blind eye to this.

One day, if we don’t lend our voices, platform and support to stop this injustice, it might become our innocent family’s turn. Let’s pray it’s never too late by then.

God bless Nigeria.
May the evil such men do catch up with their unborn generations.

No matter what the photographer did that doesn't warrant him being assaulted by the "naval officer" this way.. except In a situation of self defence which I guess not..

Please don’t mind these guys. They are either part of the force or they are paid to twist the story.

I wonder how such people exist. People that don’t have a mind of their own. Very pathetic

I wanted to think same about the photographer until I remembered military men are trained for war not civilian. So if a boxer is not permitted to fight anyone on the street, why should military men brutalize any citizen?
