The Biggest Mistake of the IPOB Lawyer and Nnamdi Kanu Legal Team
By Saidu Hamza Jibrin.

IPOB Legal Team has failed , Mr Bruce fein has no Legal right to appear in any Nigerian Court Room as Legal practitioner without proper Registration and Identification any Verification into the Nigerian Bar Association. as per the law

All countries allow foreign lawyers to practice law, but only in two ways:
practising only the ‘foreign’ law — by registering with the relevant authorities, which are typically the government and the lawyers’ national professional body (Nigerian Bar Association);
“dual qualfications” to practice the country’s domestic law — via a legal conversion and licensing process, which typically involves (a) obtaining some kind of local legal qualifications, (b) sitting and passing the Nigerian Bar exam, and (c) successful admission to the Nigerian Bar Association.
The conversion and licensing pathways vary considerably from country to country, and also vary according to the foreign lawyer’s original legal qualifications.

Example of foreign practice by national registration:—

A U.S. attorney can practise U.S. law in Nigeria by registering with the Nigerian government and the Nigerian national Bar council or Association.
Example of dual qualifications:—

For instance, a British lawyer wishing to practise U.S. law in the USA generally has to obtain a U.S. legal qualification (typically the Juris Doctor degree) at a U.S. law school, pass the state Bar exams, and successful admission to the particular state’s Bar association. This conversion process typically takes 3–4 years. Some states allow foreign lawyers a fast-track route with an LL.M. degree (1–2 years) before sitting the state Bar exams.
Remember this Latin phrase:—
Lex loci. (Law of the land)
Now remember this English legal maxim:—

Law doesn’t travel.
The law degree you studied for is locked into the laws of that country.

In other words, you cannot use a USA law degree to practise law in any other country except USA. Likewise, A Nigerian can only use his Nigerian and USA law degree to practise USA and Nigeria law, but not in Brazil China or any other law.

In Order words the IPOB Legal Team has failed , Mr Bruce fein has no Legal right to appear in any Nigerian Court Room as Legal practitioner without proper Registration and Identification any Verification into the Nigerian Bar Association. as per the law

How can Nigeria even allow an uncertified lawyer practice law in our courts? Does that even make sense to these ignorant IPOB terrorists?

Write up full of ignorance, mischief, and evil intention. Did Bruce Fein ever mentioned to you that he came to defend Nnamdi Kanu?

Why don't you write on on the Katsina house to house killings and incompetence of your president.

President Nigeria Youth Activist? Where and when did the election take place. Evil generation full of hungry youths who are willing to side evil just to earn some attention.

Who said he was defending him personally? He has no jurisdictional right to even be in the Court in the first place, he cannot be recognized as been part of the Secessionist legal team because he has not been certified by the NBA & has not obtained a work permit from the Federal Government?

Bruce Fein did not come to Nigeria to practice law, he came to see Nnamdi Kanu

Why are there so many illiterates online? Someone cane to Nigeria to meet his client who he has no way of seeing except the day he is brought to court, and they said he came to Nigeria to practice law

And them no get leg to take waka leave Nigeria?
Will you siddon look if your life is really in danger or bolt?
But you are not baffled that the people who claim other Nigerians hate them and are shouting we want to leave Nigeria but refused to move their asses from Nigerian cities and instead flock everywhere except biafraland.
Fulanis saw real hatred and threat to their lives in the east and have left.....if really other Nigerians hate you and are a threat to your life you all will be back in iboland already....the only thing stopping ibos from leaving is ibos themselves....that majority still stayed put in Nigeria simply means majority of ibos dont want to leave Nigeria ....the secession agitation is being trumpeted by a vocal minority who dont have the mandate of the ibo nation.
Even you writting this from somehere in Nigeria instead of relocating to biafraland is self deceit
