Business education is under the faculty of education not under the faculty of business management. It's basically for those who want to end up as teachers, lecturers...etc.

You will be taught educational courses along with your business course. And at one point of your course, you will be required to go out for teaching practice.

Business administration on the other hand is the main business course under the faculty of management science, you will be taught the principles of business which can be applicable to whatever organization you find yourself. So technically you're being trained to analyze and solve practical problems in business.

In Nigeria today most organizations that accept graduate trainees are looking for certificate holders, cos they know that what you were taught in the university is basically theory with zero practical.

So if you can go for professional courses in your field upon graduation, that would become an added advantage for you in getting employed.
