I've created an account with UBA's USSD mobile banking code. Please i want to know which document I need to carry along to upgrade and process my debit card.

ps_ I'm asking because the nearest UBA branch is #1,000 T-fare from me so I'd like to make this a one time in and out mission. Thanks in advance.

Current electricity bill, passport, voter card, and your BVN

Utility bill such as PHCN, LAWMA etc. showing your house address and less than three months. If the payment is above three months it is no longer valid.

Valid ID such as PVC, National ID, Int'l Passport etc.

Two recent passports

Please note, if your current address is different from the address used as at the time you opened the account, the bank will want to conduct address verification (KYC) on the new address within 48hurs and during this period your account will be debit frozen. If the verification result says yes you live at the stated address, your account goes live and active.
Also note that if the current address is the same with the old address then there is no need for KYC then your account will be upgraded and it will go live before close of business.

the only identity I have is my WAEC electronic card of 2020, and NHIS card also I have my original birth certificate. Sadly I don't have a BVN
