Loadedpulse has stumbled upon a hilarious and yet interesting video of a young Nigerian man who broke traffic law and soldiers instructed him to climb on his car to wave commuters. According to reports, he was said to have disobeyed traffic signals by driving against traffic, unfortunately for him, he was nabbed by the men of Nigerian Army as they told him to climb on the roof of the car. He was instructed by the soldiers to get on roof of his car, and wave at commuters as they pass by. In the video, which is currently circulating on the internet, it captured moment the man stood on the roof of his car and was waving at cars as they pass by.
