7 Powerful Business Writing Tips That Can Sell Your Brand & Products In A Moment by Godsonpen1(m): 4:50pm On Nov 16, 2021
If you're a BUSINESS PERSON Who wants to take his or her business writing to another level beyond some scanty and boring stuff, THIS IS FOR YOU.

You know, writing is a hard work.

But, it's also a simple work.

It's hard if you don't know what you need to drive it through.

It's simple if you know the techniques, art and intelligence behind the job.

You see, if you're writing for your BUSINESS or BRAND, you can easily steal readers' heart into your world with these tips you're about to read

1. KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE:

The question you need to ask while writing to promote your business or develop a lead is, WHO AM I WRITING TO?

To have to bear those you're to in mind. You need to understand that you're not writing for everyone, but someone out there who is potentially interested in what you're selling; talk to that person directly, and avoid writing to random persons out there.

2. MAKE THE WRITING PERSONAL:

This simply means that you need to drive a strong emotional connection with your readers or customers or audience.

Show them that you have them in mind, and you're in to help them solve a problem or give them value to create a good life. For instance, if you're writing to promote skin or beauty product, you could say;
"Our products are the best; we have improved rapidly to ensure that 'YOU HAVE THE CUTEST SKIN LIKE A NEW BORN'

You simply brought them into the picture, to show that you have their interest at heart.

Avoid saying; "This product is the best, and it can make anyone get the best out of it"

With this, "anyone" could actually mean anyone, and not the person who might be reading at the moment.

But when you bring them into the picture, it creates a good bond and emotional connection to drive them on. So, they would start imagining their skin being the cutest, because you're talking to them directly.

3. AVOID JARGONS, BIG WORDS AND COMPLEX SENTENCES:

Most content writers make the market bad by trying to impress with big words and sentences that never have a fullstop. This would only turn off your potential customers, and you wouldn't want that to happen. So, simply keep it short, simply and expressive.

4. BE FLEXIBLE IN EXPRESSION:

The person you're writing to is not seeing you - it's hard to convince someone who is listening to you through writing. So you must possess some flexible points and ideas to have them knocking on your door.

And for you to become expressive and lively in your communication, you must learn how to make your writing flow in style, with soft tones and mild relieving expressions that could make them smile while reading.

Do not turn a comedian or joker while trying to do this. You must master the art of doing it; if not, you'd ruin the business.

5. AVOID CLICHÉS, REDUNDANCY & TAUTOLOGY:

Anyone word, sentence, expression you repeat in different ways or manner can be called tautology or cliché (overused) and the act of doing so is redundancy.

Repeating ideas in your writing is offensive - a good reader would simply turn off from your writing, and wouldn't be motivated to read more. So avoid them.

6. BE NATURAL, and Write in your own voice:

Sometimes, most writers are overly conscious of their writing, thinking that it would help them become careful, to impress and to produce some quality contents.

And by that, they commit errors, sounding awkward, and writing in a voice that isn't theirs.

Don't be too conscious to write some "professional something", it would put you in a corner to think, and write, with a continuous thinking before you could write a point.

Don't do this. Simply flow naturally as though you're talking to a friend, but be professional.

7. GOOD STORY IS A POWERFUL LEAD:

Good storyline is a powerful limelight. If you tell your potential customers a brief or short story, yet catchy and interesting, you've brought them into the ball game.

They would starting thinking the way you're thinking. It makes readers to think you're the right person, if you tell the right story; - it bonds them to flow with what you're advertising to them, especially when the story solved a problem relating to your brand and product.

If you can do the above, your business content (writing) would be a journey to catch a big fish. No good content gets turned down. So drive your brands and products with quality writing.

Practice more of reading experts and write more, you'll perfect the job.
