Laws should be put in place so that indian,Lebanese, chinese and foreigners coming to Nigeria in the name of "expatriate" must be subjected to Exams and certification that will decide on the equivalence of the Nigerian skill grade they belong and they must be paid and rated at par with their Nigerian colleagues in the industry. Not the usual scenario that a technical school cert foreigners will be receiving better status, pay and welfare package than an Higher National diploma holder Nigerian and even be made a manager over a degree holder or even msc holder because they are yellow or white skinned as obtained in most Companies Like Niger biscuits Sunflag,Dangote,Dufils,Ccecc etc,our lawmakers are not standing up to their responsibilities, these people are treating Nigerians like slaves at our home land These they can't even in some African countries. Secondly What those foreigners tend to have is cash and Technical skills(which Nigerians beget too) Central bank should borrow Nigerians cash to occupy our Industrial , commercial and logistic atmosphere. 2 Likes |

We need to develop the steel industry too. That Ajaokuta project should be revived and let dangote refinery be supported..we are gradually getting there Naira is gradually improving too but we are not yet there and food is still expensive for the common man..electricity seems to be available dont know about other parts of the country but it's kinda expensive. |

What an achievement! Let's also laud the economics of drilling Nigeria crude oil, shipping it across over 9,000km to refine and is brought back over 9,000km to be sold in Nigeria. Bear in mind: - Transportation/shipping Cost to-fro - Refining cost This should be multiplied over the number of trips in a year. Yet, Nigeria still subsidises fuel! Whoever that laid such curse on we country should please forgive and forget Nigeria's Sins. |

Any kind of good news is welcome. This will surely create jobs and reduce crime. Did you know that the typical price of drilling mud Barite is about $150 or ₦61,620 per metric tonne? Or that Barite occurs in 8 states of Nigeria with an estimated reserve worth ₦924 billion?
