Yes KLM flies to Barbados. You will need a transit visa for the Netherlands if you are a Nigerian passport holder. You will fly from Nigeria to Amsterdam and then Amsterdam to Barbados

Other Airlines that fly to Barbados is British Airways. You will need a UK transit visa if you hold a Nigerian passport.

Copa Airlines also flies to Barbados. You may have to fly to Turkey with Turkish Airlines. They have a partnership with Copa Airlines. Copa Airlines is a Panamanian airline. So from Istanbul, Turkey you will fly to Panama with Copa Airlines and from Panama to Barbados. This may have to be your last option if you can't get a transit visa. As long as you are not leaving the airport, you don't need a transit visa for Turkey and Panama.

I don't think you need a Visa for Barbados (visit only), Nigeria and a few ECOWAS countries have up to 6 months visa free agreement.
