What I Did To Stop My Employee From Ruining My Business by Joejoel: 3:29pm On Nov 19, 2021
when i started my business a few years ago. it was really tough as a one-man business. i had to run here and there just to make sure everything is in order by meeting my customer want, even though am kind of new in the field.
things were going smooth and challenging at the same time

within 2 years i had great growth which am so happy about but at the same time, it's having an effect on my health. as i am a foreman doing every all the whole work myself then i decided to employ people to work for me and also expand my business even tho i know i should have done that long time but i will still have to train them before they will be fit to their job of which am not ready to do

the first 6 months of employing workers were really a great thing but i started noticing some of my workers are stealing from me but i tried to keep quiet in order not to accuse the wrong people.
one afternoon, i get to my office and ask for the sales journal after going through it for about 30 mins i realise that something is missing.. one thing i know is that all this happen without the knowledge of the sales rep

out of anger, i call my brother who told me to employ her,i explain everything to him, he was very disappointed and surprised at the same time, saying the employing trusted staff nowadays is quite hard to find than gold
he then told me to come to his office to see a smart security camera he is using at his office to watch over his staff. immediately i had about camera stuff of a thing, my mind was off because i know how expensive it is and i don't have any budget for it
the following morning i went over to discuss some private issue with him. when we were talking i heard a notification come in on his phone and started talking to his worker at the warehouse, telling them why they haven't done this and that and also giving them instructions on what to do next.
when he finish yelling and then asked him what all that was about?

when i discover that i can watch, listen and communicate with my workers and also set a restricted alarm that will notify me when it detects any unusual activity from my phone, it painted a picture of how i can finally be in control of my business even though am 1 million miles away

that day I got 3 of the camera and install the camera myself right as i get back. Ever since then my workers have been acting like an angel..playing the holy holy game because they know they are being monitored...
right till date, i have been in control of everything around me, I even install one at my home to watch over properties

That is how i have been able to stop ........ from ruining my business

if anyone is going to any issue of a sort, just signify i can help you out..
