DIFFERENT TYPES OF PEOPLE IN THE
KITCHEN.

1.THE TASTERS: Just 16
slices of plantains that they are frying.they have already eaten 10 from tasting.

2.THE RUNNERS:These ones are major
enemies of hot oil they can't stand and
put anything inside the oil they would be
displaying taekwondo if the oil
mistakenly makes noise temple run
activated.

3.THE SACRIFICERS:These
ones mostly forgot that they are cooking
something until the whole house starts
to smell of burnt food . Ordinary to warm
beans it would be burnt offering. Thank
you o, the gods have accepted your
sacrifice.

4. THE YOUTUBE
SEARCHERS:These ones cannot cook
without going to check for
lectures.Hmm ordinary to prepare
cornflakes they would go to YouTube
and check.

5.THE IG/WHATSAPP/
SNAPCHAT/ STORY ONES:These one
would never cook in peace they would
use video to injure someone taking me
through the journey to cook delicacies
that I won't eat is that one not
witchcraft.

6.THE SPIRITUAL :These
ones don't measure ingredients before
putting they just put until one spirit
inside of them tells them that it's ok.

7.THE GIST GIVERS:These ones are not
in the kitchen to cook oh they are the
backbone of the chefs, steady giving the
chef gist while they are cooking.Benefits
of being a gist giver is that sometimes
you will eat free meat and even fish.

8.THE IMPRESSERS:These ones can over
do oh cook indomie for 1hr their own
must be cuisine standard.

9. THE NON-
TESTERS:These ones can cook anything
without tasting but they still get the right
taste of the food.

So which one are you
above mentioned just for fun.

The Sacrificers cheesy.

Ive burnt my food so many times as a result of pressing phone. The moment I pick up my phone, I'll forget I put something on the fire. The next thing is burnt smell from the kitchen and I'll just jump up and rush out to meet a black food.

The last one made me ashamed of myself. Since then, if I'm cooking I don't use my phone until I'm done cooking.

Tasters. I test but it's not really my thing. The only time I taste is when frying meat. One day from tasting, I finished the whole meat meant for a pot of stew. That was how I cancelled cooking of stew that day. I was surprised at myself though. Lol..

Thanks for the interesting topic, made me laugh. My wife is definitely the fourth type who can't do anything without visiting youtube. Even if she has cooked something 10 times before, she will still see if someone else is doing something more interesting. Often in the evening when I come into the kitchen, I see her sitting with her phone, she's constantly saving new video recipes and sharing them on Facebook. She's also subscribed to a bunch of cooking channels.
When it comes to those rare occasions when I have to cook, I fall into the third category of "THE SACRIFICERS."I constantly forget about the food I have on the stove, I can't even reheat it without forgetting about it. Great, you made me laugh.

Me that year feeling fulfilled after cooking Jollof rice for the very first time in my life: "Everybody comman eat oo, food is ready".. Everybody: "Mmhmm it sure smells nice, can't wait to taste it".. That spirit telling me to add more cheering me on from where it sat at one corner of the room cheesy cheesy Me anticipating praises and compliments but you all know how it ended(in hunger embarassed ekun egbere cry cry slashed allowance and regrets cos I shouldn't have paid attention to that spirit in the first place). 6000years of suffering for that spirit angry Don't beg me, I'm still in sifia pains oo.
