Guess what relieved the condition? Oranges! I took lots of oranges one day that made me belge a lot and relieved me. I got to understand air got trapped in my chest (it never felt like that one bit)

So in summary, try oranges first. Then try heart burn/pain relievers like gestid. If it persists then you can proceed to a hospital.

Most nigerian hospitals are after your money. They don't care if you get better or worse.

I don't think I'll even go to the hospital, they are the ones who put me in this condition in the first place. I'll try the orange thing you talked about.
