DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of the consultant are:
• Energy academy business development, consulting services, and administration
• Propose marketing strategy, development of relevant courses for the energy sector
• Develop partnerships with training institutes to add more value to the organization.
• Create an outsourcing model with appropriate processes and procedures.
• Conduct survey gets customer feedback and recommends clients based on their training requirements for the continual improvement of our courses offered.
• Following up on each client with coaching and mentoring to strengthen learning acquired during the training
• Closure of the training and follow-up contract with a final report and recommendation:
• Design of a training package that defines and meet the training and growth needs of each Client
• Design and submission of a clear set of goals and objectives, deliverables, and methodology (including findings from the assessment and a sound mix of theory and practice) before the actual training begins
• Establish new clients for the company to expand its market share
• Identifying, pitching for, and winning business with a diverse client group.
• Design and deliver training courses and workshops, utilizing a variety of methods, (train the trainer, face to face and virtual courses).
• Assess proposals for training courses and workshops received from associates and third parties seeking to work with joint partnership
• implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out.
• conduct and facilitate training sessions
Skills
• May have Human resources experience in a renewable energy organization
• Must be Familiar with corporate training methods.
• Comfortable with web-based computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
• Effective time management.
• Must be able to develop training materials and programs.
• Must have Instructional and coaching skills.
• Must be able to Evaluate and assess others.
• Must have administrative skills


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• B.Sc in Business Administration and its Equivalent
• Not less than 3 year’s experience working experience
• Experience in the energy sector will be an advantage.
