I have four plots of land. I want to invest in agriculture, and I am interested in piggery.
I want to know the best way to start and how much can I budget for this project. I intend building two or three pens for a start.
Any advice for me?

Are the pens Big or small? I would advise 4-5 pigs tho. Start small and grow. 4 females and 1 male. I can help write a business plan and deliver within a week as well as get excellent breeds to start with from trusted farms.

How much to build enough pens for five pigs (4 females and one male)?
How much does the "excellent breed" cost?
There should be bore hole in the farm too.
How much to for feeding the pigs for about six months?
These are some of the things I need to know sir.
Note, I would not be available to handle this because I have a something else doing.
I'm thinking about one of my family managing it for me, though we will need to employ a supervisor or something like that pending when it grows into what I have in mind.
