Please help my fellow nairalander

I opened an account with betking this morning and funded it with 30k, played my first game and lost, funded it again from my First bank account with 5k without any issues. I funded same account with my first bank and stake a game. Imediately I won, I couldn't log in again telling me my password is wrong , I tried again same story

Please help with the ryt part to follow on retrieving my money back

Who do I channel my complain to

Hope u got the email u used to open the account with u?Click forgot password,type in ur username and an otp would be sent to the email u used to open the account or the phone number u used to open the account.
