Mostly phone cameras

Time of day counts alot. I've found the best time to take pictures is between 4:30pm and 5.00pm facing the sun while the camera backs the sun. At that time the sun is almost parallel to the horizon so you get a full spectrum of Color. By 6.00 pm grain or noise will spoil video or picture quality.
