Ahead of the latest edition of the Ibusa Inter-village Football Competition to be held at the Umejei Mini Stadium sometime in December, the Oshimili North Local Government Area Supervisory Councillor on Youths Development, Hon. Emeka Nwannabuogwu on Thursday, donated footballs, full jersey kits and cash gift to Anyalaobum (Ezukwu) and Ogboli quarters, Ibusa, as support and moral booster in the upcoming tournament.

Hon. Emmy Larry as he is fondly called beckoned on the Ogbes to show dedication and put in their best in attempt to bring the trophy back home. He urged them to be united as a team and show their talent to the watching spectators as he promised to cheer them on from the sidelines.

The immediate past councilor of Ward 4 who was in company of Mr John Obata, the Assistant O/C Revenue of the Council, watched his immediate Ogbe Ezukwu as they trained in preparation for the annual football competition, after which he visited the Ogboli players and team management.

The captains and Management of the teams thanked him for his kind gesture as they prayed for God's continued blessings upon his life.
