A middle aged man was apprehended on Friday, December 3, in Ibadan, Oyo State for allegedly ''turning two children into yam tubers.'' According to report, the man allegedly dropped a certain amount of money on the ground which the children reportedly picked and ''turned into two tubers of yam.''
