Requirements

• First Degree in Engineering or Computer related subject
• 4 years’ experience in technical field support on all transmission media (wireless and fixed)
• Managed Service Vendor Governance and Team Supervision
• Good working experience in IP and MPLS and telecommunication devices
• Well experienced in Microsoft office tools and presentation skills


Responsibilities
• Regional Database Reconciliation across various technologies.
• Liaise with the assigned vendor for the planning, implementation, verification, relocation, acceptance, audit, and documentation of all Fibre infrastructure within the Enterprise business space.
• Drive acceptance of all newly integrated services
• PPM document verifications
• Data Analysis/Reporting.
