I notice this growth on my child neck sometimes ago very tiny but now it has increase in size and also multiply to four. Please I need expert and honest opinion on what to do to it.

Looks like Skin Tag or warts No cause for alarm ,it'll go away on its own in due time wen it turns black,don't be tempted to cut it open tho..jus take some common antibiotics and leave it. Na HPV virus cause am...No cause for worry  |
