Jennifer Hudson was rushed to a New York hospital Friday morning due to food poisoning, TMZ reported.

The Grammy and Oscar winner was scheduled to appear on both ABC's "Good Morning America" and CBS' "Early Show" in order to promote her new album, "I Remember Me."

In between performances, the 29-year-old singer complained of "abdominal pain" and became "unable to perform," her rep told the Pop Eater entertainment blog.

Hudson, who is also well-known for losing 80 pounds (36 kilos) and is a spokeswoman for Weight Watchers, "was treated for food poisoning and released," watch one of her award winning song below

Feeling better after her brief hospitalization last Thursday, Jennifer Hudson took the stage in New York City on Tuesday, June 14 for the taping of CBS' "The Early Show". Wearing a white sleeveless top, black mini skirt and red heels, the former contestant of "American Idol" delivered a strong and steady performance at the gig.

In addition to the "Early" concert, J-Hud dropped by Ed Sullivan Theater for a performance on "Late Show with David Letterman". She sang some songs from her new album "I Remember Me" including "Where You At", "Angel" and "Gone". In one of her upbeat sets, she even danced with plenty of energy and brought a lucky fan to join her. check see the video below
