Start paying for repairs.
Buy and drive means;

1. The car is moving but may not be moving well
2. Gear maybe selecting when cold/hot
3. Engine may be burning oil
4. Engine maybe smoking
5. Car maybe stolen
6. Legs maybe having a lot noise
7. Fuel tank may be leaking
8. Car may not have complete papers etc

well ,like I said you might be lucky but a 2005 civic has not fallen to that amount.if you insist on buying it ..do a comprehensive check.as for me,I dont trust that amount.
