A 30-year old man,Henry Ukwueze, who allegedly caught with a 9-year old girl, has confessed to the Police that he only used his fingers to penetrate her private part to avoid being accused of sexually abusing her because she is still a minor. P.M.EXPRESS reports that Ukwueze made the confession after he was allegedly caught molesting his neighbour’s girl and handed over to the Police for rape. The incident happened at Emma Akuku Estate, Isashi area of Lagos, where they reside. The Police alleged the suspect, Ukwueze, to have lured the little girl to his apartment and inserted his fingers into her private part before he was caught in the act. The parents of the victim reported the assault to the Police in the area; he was arrested and handed over to the Gender Section of the Police Command for further investigation.
