A PlayStation executive has been fired after he was filmed inviting what he thought was a 15-year-old boy into his house for 'mutual oral' by an amateur predator sting group.

George Cacioppo, 64, allegedly sent explicit photos and his GPS location to a user of the gay hookup app Grindr in October. The decoy, actually a member of the YouTube account People v. Preds, claimed to have recently turned 15.

On Friday, the executive was filmed waiting for a child outside his San Diego-area home while wearing a 'PS5' T-shirt after he and the decoy agreed to meet in person. The videographer confronts him and Cacioppo shuts the door.

Cacioppo has been a senior vice president of engineering at the video game company for eight years.

'We are aware of the situation and the employee in question has been terminated from employment,' Sony, which owns PlayStation, told CNET on Sunday.

Cacioppo, who lives in Carmel Valley, sent multiple photos of his penis, according to censored screenshots posted by People v. Preds.

The San Diego Police Department, which oversees the area, did not immediately respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com.

It is unclear if he will face any criminal charges.

Cacioppo had Grindr profiles under the names 'Giving Head' and 'Hosting BJ 4U,' according to screenshots shared on a Google Drive by the People v. Preds account.

He appears to have messaged the decoy first on October 10. It's not clear what the decoy's profile looked like.

'You like getting sucked? Got photos?' Cacioppo asked.

He sends a picture of himself. When the decoy tells him he's 14, he appears to ignore the warning.

Photos?' he asked again. 'Mmmm very nice,' he says after receiving one.
The gaming executive then asks the teen about his sexual experiences, including whether he's ever performed MouthAction, and shares his location: the Carmel Valley residential community in San Diego.

'Love to unzip your pants,' he tells the decoy.

Cacioppo was a senior vice president of engineering at PlayStation, where he has worked for eight years, according to his LinkedIn page.

It is not known if he's married or has any children.

His conversation with the fake teen picked up again on Friday, according to People v. Preds. The actual dates of the conversations could not be independently verified.

Cacioppo initiates the exchange and sends a photo of himself. He asks for more explicit photos.

The decoy writes, 'im finally 15 lol i think we talked before.'

After asking about his age a couple more times, Cacioppo says, 'too bad,' but proceeds to engage in a sexual conversation anyway. He also sends multiple photos of his penis, according to censored screenshots posted by People v. Preds.

Cacioppo sends his GPS location and the decoy agrees to Uber there.

The conversation continues via text message, where the former PlayStation exec states his intention to engage in, 'cuddling, kissing, mutual oral.'

'Can you like meet me on the driveway or something,' the decoy asks.

'Front door will be open I will walk out,' Cacioppo responds.

The sting then presumably picks up with the YouTube video titled '#93 - "GEORGE" 64YO SENIOR VP ENGINEER of PSN INVITED OVER A 15YO BOY AT 430AM.....'

The video was streamed live on YouTube on Friday, according to the website.

Cacioppo is seen outside his front door in the dark, standing barefoot and wearing a 'PS5' T-shirt in reference to his company's most recent flagship gaming console.
What's up Jeff? How's it going? Who you out here to meet tonight, Jeff? Jeff, we can have a conversation or I can call the cops, Jeff,' says the man behind the camera.

'You want to have a conversation? I got your face on video you f****** scumbag. You want me to call the cops?'

Cacioppo retreats back into his home and closes the door.

'Excuse me everybody, this guy invited a 15-year-old boy to have sex with him tonight,' the videographer screams.

The People v. Preds channel has amassed over a million views since it was launched in August, according to YouTube.

Cacioppo's sting, labeled number 93, is one of the shorter videos at just two minutes and 34 seconds, but it has become one of the most watched with 126,000 views.
