One Francis Finnan Offionor, a senior legislative aid to the Senator representing Cross River North, Senator Agom Jarigbe Agom, has berated the current deputy governor of Cross River State,Prof Ivara Esu for traveling from Calabar to Yala which is about 5-6 hours journey just to commission a motorise borehole built by Yala Local Government Chairman, Hon. Fabian Ogbeche.

He wrote on Facebook "It baffles my imagination how a Professor, a deputy governor will abandon his highly revered office to travel over 4-6 hours just to commission a borehole built by a Local Government Chairman.

Ordinarily, these are projects the council chairman can even delegate the leader of the parliament or his ward councillor to commission on his behalf.

Governor Benedict Ayade has reduced virtually everyone to a collosal failure and an entity where common sense has lost its value and place in their lives.

It's pitiable that, the State Cabinets has reduced herself to mere errand boys and despatch riders who do not have a choice of locations, but goes anywhere he's asked to go."
