I barely remember the day our light went off. Even when it does, it will be for like five to ten minutes off. I live in Warri, this is not just an ordinary Residential area(i can't mention the area), we have General Oneya(Rtd) and a King(Ovie) Living in thesame Estate. Recently when i travelled i was surprised to see that "Up Nepa" is still a thing. So how is the light condition in your area.?
