God was favouring him and with him, but that is different from the birthright blessings that he wanted from Isaac.

Genesis 27:29 Let people serve thee, and nations bow down to thee: be lord over thy brethren, and let thy mother's sons bow down to thee: cursed be every one that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee.

The whole family had the Abrahamic blessings and of course their normal parents prayers/blessings. That's different from what he tried getting from Esau earlier for porridge.

Jacob did not steal Esau's birthright. He negotiated it. It was Esau who despised his birthright. He released it with an oath the day ha asked for food. Esau was the crook. He sold his birth right and still wanted to collect the blessing. The day he sold it was the day he lost the blessing.

Jacob did connive with his mother to dwindle his father and his brother in the story, not the other way around.

Also, Esau did not loose any blessing since God is the one who blesses and curses, not men.
