The touchscreen is just too annoying.
Sometimes it gets too sensitive that one can't scroll in peace as it taps while one scrolls.
I even get uneasy while scrolling as the likelihood of tapping something I don't wish to open is high.
Sometimes too the scrolling doesn't go smoothly but kinda tries to halt.
Even while using the keyboard, it sometimes double taps on keys I only tap once.
I've done a factory reset but problem still persists.

Seems I have to wait till January when the Carlcare center, Enugu would be back from the Christmas holidays before anything can be done.

Anyone ever experienced this or have a solution?

Go to the settings to make adjustments. I love Samsung for their sensitive screens

Go to general management. Click on mouse and trackpad. Adjust pointer speed.

I've made all possible adjustments to the best of my abilities but problem still persists. I even took it back to the Glo Office where I bought it and the the guy tried all he could before he then recommended I go to Samsung Carlcare center as the phone is still under warranty

Hey I use Samsung Galaxy A03s as well, it's 3mnths now that I got the phone.
My works perfectly but the issue i noticed is that, the screen touch sometimes doesn't pick at once I was made to understand that its due to the screen guard protector that I used on its screen. So if you find yours too sensitive, use screen guard protector, it will reduce its sensitivity.

Stop wasting your time, its not a software issue, its your digitizer, ghost touch issues which doesn't get solved after reset is a hardware issue.I'm sure it stops misbehaving after you lock and unlock your screen then it resumes ghost touch after sometime? If yes then I'm right, the solution is to change your digitizer or get a new screen, sometimes if you are lucky changing the phone case may solve the issue temporarily.but ghost touch is usually a sign of failed digitizer or calibration.

That's why I always advice people if you want to go for Samsung go for the S series the A series to me o is trash and waste of money I'll rather go for Xiaomi.
