Seun Ogundele Fastplus Innovation Ltd CEO has unveiled his newly built 22 units one bedroom apartment. According to him via his Facebook post he said " I remember the first day I entered my great alma mata, Afe Babalola University. I was stunned by the edifice and elegant designs.

As an undergraduate student then, the environment was very conducive for learning….And I understand what it means for students to learn under a favorable academic conditions….This has always had positive impact on students’ education. This idea gave birth to FastPlus Homes….a real estate company that focus on building aesthetics structures that gives comfortability to our clients across the country….
Today, we unveil the first in our apartment series…. Grand Resident Apartment, a 22 units one bedroom apartment with kitchen &bathroom all en-suite.

The project was overwhelming but I give thanks to God for completing this project in 9months.
