Integrity, in the simple definition is being honest and having strong moral principles. Integrity equals ethics and morals. Sadly, this very particular quality is fast becoming an alien to us as a people. And this is most evident amongst professional craftsmen.

As a Roofing Engineer, I have witnessed first rate where clients were given unreasonable and unfair price quotations and still have their materials undersupplied. Like in my industry, a professional would almost add extra measurements to the actual; all in a bid to make excessive profits of the client. Mind you this trend is not limited to professionals in the building industry. In fact from Mechanics, to carpenters, etc the story is the same.
