I am suffering from chronic back pain and ear problem (tinnitus).

Please I need help.
The worst of them all is that I'm a student in my second year of studying in higher school of learning.
The back pain all started on its own, same with the ear issue. The ringing in my ear (left) has lasted over a year today, starting with a fullness of the inner ear, then the continuous ringing.

The back pain should be more than 6 months today.
My social life is totally affected.
Note: Have taken medications but still no results
Any help from people here please
