Ok! To some, it might be new, to others, it may not be.

This is a fact you don't know about me and many other 4% of the entire population!

Have you ever seen anyone who intentionally or unintentionally pulls out hairs from their body parts their head? Eyebrows? Eyelashes?

What was your first reaction? Shocked? Surprised? Irritated?

What sort of names did you call that person in your mind? Weird? Freak? Possessed?

Well, here I am; I've got trichotillomania for close to 5 years and I'm not dead yet.

Trichotillomania is simply a medical disorder that causes a person to pull out his or her own hair from their body parts.
It has been discovered that the number of affected people is more than 4% of the entire population but many people don't know about this yet.

I can't begin to describe the emotional tortures that affected people go through in the hands of others just because of something they have no control over.

Trichotillomania (hair-pulling disorder) is not a choice. It's most times natural and usually gets worse when the victim is stressed, worried, bored or having other negative feelings.

Doctors haven't found a permanent cure to this illness but there are ways to control the hair-pulling and those simple, practical, step by step process is written and detailed in my book below.
This book contains my true life story as a Trichster, my struggles, the triggers, the solution I picked up along the way and of course, 20 effective ways victims can use to control hair-pulling urge.

Next time, when you are opportuned to get close or discover someone who is addicted to hair-pulling, give the person a hug, say kind words to him or her because IT'S NOT EASY.

Do you know someone already? Kindly scroll down to the comment section and grab a copy of this book for him or her.

YOU CAN CHANGE SOMEONE'S WORLD THIS CHRISTMAS.

And the best part? The book is just N1,250. Less than a price of Christmas shoe. Get it and get informed today.

In conclusion, I ask again; in a world where most of us are ugly, why do we body-shame ourselves?

Know someone who is unusual, different, does weird things? Be kind and don't judge.

P.S: if you're interested in getting the book for yourself or for someone else? Kindly indicate below and I'll send you the details. Thanks again.

Why do you pull out your hair?
I understand people get stressed and they bite their nails and skin but from the picture it is not looking lightly as you described it. Is it itching you?
Besides the cure to your case is very simple. Just shave your hair, that way you wouldn't have any hair to pull out. Besides the lady in the book is looking hot

It is not something people do intentionally. It is natural and more than 4% of the entire population is affected with this mental illness. A Google search on "Trichotillomania" will explain better. Thanks

omg it sounds scary, i wish i would never face this problem... honestly, i had a friend with that disorder and it's was a really big issue. it's not that easy to overcome trichotillomania cuz it's directly related to mental health. i think you can't deal with this illness without any medical interventions. i recommend everyone to try taking high cbd strains. these are a natural supplements which can help you to cope with anxiety.

Thanks for your contribution.

The book was written for people who can't afford proper medical attention. It's working for me and many others around the world.

Proper medical attention is highly recommended but in cases where the patient can't afford it, how do you help?

Thanks for your concern.
