Yes the earth wasn't created to be imperfect but the message is saying do not crumble under the imperfections of the earth but look unto God to solve the challenges that Come with an imperfect world

We should look up to God who is the author and finisher of our faith.

I was only trying to change that understanding that God created an imperfect earth because tiny details like that can make someone misunderstood God which will affect that person to properly believe the divinity of God
