This website https://changename.ng/guardian-newspaper-change-of-name/ whose screenshot is attached is having a name change asa service with the URL that makes you think it is from guardian newspaper. it is even on the top result on google. but I can easily spot the difference with the price difference and URL, plus logo differences. Guardian https://guardian.ng/change-of-name/ charges #3,549.00 and they charge #5000.00 plus transaction charge of #177.66. screenshots below.
