"Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak unto them all that I command thee: be not dismayed at their faces, lest I confound thee before them. Jeremiah 1:17"

Living in obedience to the Word of God brings peace, prosperity, joy, unity, development, and more. Jeremiah was called and commissioned by God to speak to the children of Israel. He looked at his weaknesses and wanted to make excuses, but God didn’t accept these excuses. Nonetheless, he was sent and cautioned by God never to be afraid of the faces of his audience or he would be confounded or broken down in front of them. Dear beloved, the time for excuses is over. Take advantage of the grace of God, and go ahead to do what God has asked you to do in this new year; in prompt obedience, God empowers you to accomplish His assignment miraculously, and at the end of it, you will have cause to give Him the glory and testimony. Hallelujah! Be an overcomer!
