On the verge of starting a professional career in banking sector; but I want to weigh out my opportunities before starting it.

As an Field Officer Agency for a particular bank in Nigeria; what are the possibilities that the bank can convert someone to full staff?

Is it possible that, they can lay off someone in that particular job role easily?

Don't sugarcoat that position or make yourself happy in any way. It's a marketing job and you can't be converted to a major staff. If you don't meet up with target they would sack you self
