*Suspects (Eze Onyebuchi and wife Oluchi) picked up at Ilara in Ode Remo area on the 16th of December, following a tip-off from eye witnesses to cops
*Upon interrogation, the couple claimed that a neighboring woman by the name Mrs Ruth Obajinmi introduced them to another woman who lied she was from the Human Rights Office with a promise to foster the child, explained the said woman gave them a token sum of N50,000 and took the child away, without knowing her name or her place of residence
*Divisional Police Officer of Ode-Remo Division, DSP Olayemi Fagbohun swung into action saying: “We are on top of the situation, our men are on the ground. We must get to the bottom of this situation”
