The Holiday is not against my belief... no holiday is against my belief this because Jesus Christ did not bar His followers from celebrating any Holiday out there.

Even if it is a sango festival, Halloween, 4th of July, Krishna, etc. No pagan Holiday is against my belief. We are free to celebrate any holiday we want to.

Jesus Christ's commandment to us is that we cannot serve two masters. Celebrating a holiday is not akin to serving another master. Or am I not understanding your meaning as far as celebrating is concerned correctly or something?

When I celebrate, I ofcourse don't imply one has to participate in any associated religious rites. To celebrate,I means simply to partake in food and whine and enjoyment of the moment along with those who are pagans, this while never making the mistake of pretending my celebrating is in the name of Jesus Christ or to the glory and honor of God.

God, in His infinite wisdom , saw absolutely no need to demand this pickiness of me, so it would be foolishness on my part to inflict such a restriction on my person where the one whose Faith it is I seek has not commanded it of me.

The freedom I have to celebrate is because He broke the shackles and cages so that I could live this life abundantly, I am not about to put those shackles back on my person pretending I do so in honor of Him, whereas such act is instead Sin against Him.

I'm a little surprised tho that you would celebrate a Sango festival. Even though your understanding of celebrate is quite different from what I think.

1. As I said, so long as you do not partake in religious rites or serve another master in your celebrating, what command given you by Jesus Christ do you violation by eating and drinking with those who eat and drink on that day?

Every single day was created by God, not Sango or any other pagan god out there, so why be afraid of celebrating any and everyday?

2. As for the statement in bold, Jesus Christ said that in reference to the doctrines and traditions, lies of men, which are an abomination to God. So long as you are in no way submitting yourself to the doctrines and teachings of men, you do not offend God by your choosing to celebrate even on pagan holidays. Again, even those days were made and decreed good by God from the beginning, so why not celebrate even then?

3. Let me use a better example here for you. I celebrate Christmas, however, I do not celebrate it as the birth of Jesus Christ nor as any Holiday linked with God in any way or form. It is simply a pagan holiday, like every other out there, of celebrating where I gather with family and friends to eat and be merry.

It is sin against God to celebrate any Holiday in the name of Jesus Christ this since God never included instructions in His Covenant that stipulates we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, or any other Holiday in His name. We dishonor God when we go against His Law.

So, my celebrating Christmas has absolutely nothing to do with Jesus Christ or the Kingdom of God. I simply celebrate a Holiday that is for me an opportunity to hang with friends and family is all.
