I am interested, but I won't to know the challenges that face the business not just only the profits.

compliments, the business is termed a dirty man's business, hence, not meant for dirty people, the hardest part of the business which is carbonization (turning your raw materials into black) must be done far from residential area because people will complain of the smoke, most of the time if not well monitored,it can turn to ashes.

So in 2 months plus few days, you are guaranteed to recoup your initial capital, in the present day naija? Interesting grin grin grin!

Word of advice, I will suggest you give a realistic financial projection if you truly want people to really take you up on your offer. What you have up there isn't one to believe.

Cool biz though.

This is your production projection and not Returns On Investment. Realistically, how many of the 250 bags produced per week can you sell?
* How much is the cost price of each bag? Don't forget production cost includes all cost elements associated with producing each bag e.g rent, raw material, transport, salaries and wages, amortization/depreciation etc
* How much is the selling price of each bag?
* Did you consider levies and taxes from State and Local government?

I think you should sit down and do a proper business plan before you conclude that you have a gold mine on your hands.

A philosopher once said "God cannot give us anything again that we need because he had already given us everything we needed"This saying is threatening but it is the truth about nature, it's left for us to make discovery into our God-given assets.
With the above, briquettes comes to mind.

After lots of mistakes, correction, moderation,I am out with my best production of charcoal briquettes;
✓hard, can be transportated without breaking
✓odourless
✓smokeless
✓burns steadily and effectively
✓found to be cheaper and economical than wood charcoal.
Without mincing word, charcoal briquettes is worth investment especially at a time Nigerian is faced with economic challenges.
Users can cook with as little as N50 quantity
