Caesarean Section was performed on my wife on Wednesday to save my wife and also our new baby boy. Of course, it was untill I gave the Doctors my words that the remaining balance of #50k shall be paid on Friday that they agreed and did job. It was successful. I thank God. But I have not been able to fulfill my promise and this seems to have been giving my wife so much stress.
