Back in 2019, I thought weight loss was just about going to the gym and running thousands of miles. I kept spending time and money at the gym without any tangible result till I came across a post on twitter that showed me the secrets I'm about to share with you.

THE COMMON MISTAKES WERE
1. We went on extremely restrictive diets and we were starving ourselves.
